Just received mine a couple days ago, it did come preinstalled with Windows 11 which is not my favorite but I was easily able to remove copilot and get Edge out of my periphery and it runs great. Time will tell for things like game development/editing/art, but I am very pleased about my purchase.

I bought the mini pc to get my feet wet with using Linux as a daily driver. PC does what i want it to do which is just basic productivity and web surfing as i have a separate PC for gaming and a MS surface pro for on the go. The performance is good for what I am doing but your mileage may vary depending on what you plan to do with yours. overall im happy with it.

A very impressive small computer! Going to give it a workout and see what happens. If it doesn't fail will buy more!
The only problem I have is finding memorey and larger hard drive for it!

is this mini PC box something that I can plug into a laptop pc computer?

This mini PC has been great. I got on for my home lab setup. Then decided to get on as a replacement for my mother's old aging PC.

Unit is well sized, easy to work on. Runs warm but not hot. Case is plastic but I'm not mad about that.
BUT: a) really no information on this unit. Their website does not load. So it seem you are are your own here. b) yes it is M.2 SSD, but is SATA III SSD not PCIe 3 x 4, so losing a lot of potential disk throughput here.

I am running Debian 12 on the unit and it is quite capable. It was purchased at a favorable price -- just a bit over $100. So if it continues to run as now I would not hesitate to purchase again at those price levels.

Made this into a camera security server using blue iris and windows server 2019. Handles a variety of cameras (about 15) in various resolutions (4k, 1440, 1080 and 720) with no issues. Thanks to Intel Quiksync for video encoding the CPU sits around 35% utilization at peak. Only uses 20W at peak! It replaced my old server that would hang around 165w doing the same thing.

It’s been running rock solid for a couple of months now. Stock other than a bigger NVME meant for this kind of use.

My sons loves it he’s a gamer I can’t get him to move away from the monitor I’m more a ps5 guy but glad we helped each other !!!

I am an apple guy. This is the first non apple PC I’ve ever owned. I run 3d design programs like fusion 360 and sketchup. This computer runs these beautifully and is relatively fast. Great affordable computer set up for basic to intermediate needs great design and quiet operation. Very easy to set up and runs windows 11 per installed. Very well built unit.

** Edit **. I have no explanation why but I ran the windows 11 update tool and installed every single update and after it rebooted the 2nd time it suddenly activated itself. Perhaps just some microsoft glitch, I upped my review to 5 stars, this little box is a beast and I'm very happy with it. It did come preconfigured with the language in chinese but a quick youtube video and I managed to click my way to English and its running great.

I received the product, it was well packaged, and the components are as described, processor ram and NIC all good, it is a fast little bugger and the LED lights are very neat addition. The problem I have is that it said windows 11 comes loaded on it, and it *did* have windows 11, but its not active and it will not activate. Not sure what to do with it, may have to return and replace and hope for a better outcome. Needed it to have a legit version of windows on it.

Fast and easy

I have been in the IT field for 40+ years. I have seen and used a lot of devices over time. I've used a lot of thins as well along the way, many of which have been a nightmare. I've watched the technology advance and things change and the size of the power houses rise and fall and I've used just about all of them. Not only have I had the privilege of using them, but in my field of profession I have designed and built many systems over the years.

I ordered this for a project that I am doing and I was very skeptical as all to often these prefabed mini pc's aren't very good at performing single task and doing so in a timely manner, let alone multitasking and doing so fluently, However, this PC has surprised me and it's been a pleasure using it.

I would certainly recommend this for anyone looking for a windows (could convert to other OS, I'm sure) mini pc that will perform well. Oh yeah, I didn't mention the plenture of ports it has, very nice and it's laid out very well.

It's a little powerhouse. It's done everything I have thrown at it, and done it well. Happy with the purchase and would recommend..
