No Display on Monitor ("No Signal" Message)
- Cable Connections: Ensure the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, etc.) is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
- Correct Input Source: On your monitor, use the physical buttons to select the correct input source (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2, DP).
- Monitor Power & Functionality: Confirm the monitor is powered on and working. Test the monitor with another known-good device.
- Try a Different Cable/Port: If possible, use a different video cable or a different video output port on the Mini PC.
Mini PC Won't Power On (No lights, no fan noise)
- Check the Power Source: Verify the wall outlet is working by testing it with another device, like a lamp.
- Inspect Power Adapter & Cable: Ensure the DC power cable is firmly connected to both the Mini PC and the power adapter brick. Check that the AC power cord is securely plugged into the adapter and the wall outlet. Look for any signs of physical damage to the cables or adapter.
- Correct Power Button: Press and hold the power button for at least 3-5 seconds to ensure it wasn't a momentary missed press.
Peripheral Devices (Keyboard, Mouse, USB drives) Not Working
- Reconnect the Device: Unplug the device and plug it back in. Try a different USB port.
- Check the Device: Test the keyboard/mouse on another computer to confirm they are functional.
- Front vs. Rear Ports: Try connecting to a USB port on the rear of the Mini PC, as they often have more stable power delivery.

Mini PC Powers On But Doesn't Boot (Stuck on Logo/BIOS Screen)
- Boot Order: Enter the BIOS/UEFI setup (usually by pressing Del, F2, or F10 during boot). Check that the correct storage drive (SSD/HDD) is set as the first boot device.
- Hardware Detection: In the BIOS, see if the storage drive is detected. If it's not listed, the drive or its connection may be faulty.
- Reset BIOS Settings: Within the BIOS menu, look for an option like "Load Optimized Defaults" or "Reset to Default Settings," save and exit.
Slow Performance or Frequent Freezing
- Check Resource Usage: Open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc). Check the CPU, Memory, and Disk usage to identify any processes using excessive resources.
- Overheating: Ensure all ventilation holes are clear of dust and obstructions. Listen for fan noise. Use monitoring software to check internal temperatures. High temps (e.g., >90°C) will cause throttling and slowdowns.
- Malware Scan: Run a full system scan with your installed antivirus/antimalware software.
- Storage Space: Check your main drive (usually C:) has free space (at least 10-15% of its total capacity).
No Sound or Audio Issues
- Output Device Selection: Click the speaker icon in the system tray. Ensure the correct playback device (e.g., "Speakers" or "HDMI Output") is selected.
- Audio Drivers: Reinstall or update the audio drivers from your Mini PC manufacturer's website or the chipset provider's (e.g., Realtek) site.
- Physical Connections: Check that external speakers are powered on and correctly plugged into the audio jack.
Wi-Fi or Ethernet Connectivity Problems
- For Wi-Fi:Airplane Mode: Ensure Airplane mode is turned off.Router: Restart your router/modem.Drivers: Reinstall or update the Wi-Fi drivers.
- For Ethernet:Cable: Try a different Ethernet cable.Router Port: Try a different port on your router.Drivers: Reinstall or update the LAN drivers.
- Network Reset (Windows): Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.

Suspected RAM (Memory) Issue (Crashes, blue screens, failure to boot)
- Reseat RAM: Power down and unplug the Mini PC. Open the chassis. Carefully remove the RAM module(s) and firmly reinsert them until they click into place.
- Test with One Module: If you have multiple RAM modules, try booting with only one installed at a time to identify a potential faulty module.
Suspected Storage Drive (SSD/HDD) Failure
- BIOS Check: Enter the BIOS and confirm the drive is detected.
- Diagnostic Tools: Use drive health diagnostic tools (e.g., CrystalDiskInfo for S.M.A.R.T. data, manufacturer's tools like Samsung Magician) to check the drive's status.
- Reconnect Cables: (If applicable) Power down and open the chassis. Disconnect and reconnect the SATA and power cables to the drive.
Clearing CMOS (Resets BIOS to Factory Defaults)
- Method 1 (Jumper): Locate the CLR_CMOS jumper on the motherboard (consult your user manual). With the power off, move the jumper cap to the clear position for a few seconds, then return it to the default position.
- Method 2 (Battery Removal): Power off and unplug the Mini PC. Carefully remove the CMOS coin-cell battery from the motherboard. Wait for 5 minutes, then reinsert the battery.

Operating System is Corrupted (Cannot boot to desktop, persistent errors)
- Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE): Force shut down the PC during boot (during the spinning dots animation) 2-3 times to trigger Automatic Repair. From here, you can try:Startup Repair: Automatically fixes certain boot issues.System Restore: Roll back to a previous restore point.Reset this PC: Choose "Keep my files" to reinstall Windows without deleting personal data.
- Clean Installation from USB: If all else fails, create a bootable USB drive with Windows Media Creation Tool and perform a clean installation of the OS. Warning: This will erase all data on the system drive.
