Welcome to PELADN.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of peladn.us (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services from PELADN.

PELADN is the brand used by Shenzhen Panmin Technology Co., Ltd for the operation of the Site, sale of products, collection of payments, customer support, returns and other related services.
By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy regarding shipping, returns, refunds or warranty service, the applicable specific policy will govern that matter unless otherwise required by law.
1.3 Changes to These Terms
PELADN may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, policies or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on the Site with an updated revision date.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce rights already applicable to orders placed before the effective date of the change where prohibited by law.
1.4 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to place an order through the Site.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
2. Use of the Site
PELADN grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the Site for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
You may not use the Site in a way that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, introduces malicious software, interferes with the operation or security of the Site, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, uses automated systems to improperly extract data, impersonates another person, or otherwise harms PELADN, its customers or third parties.
PELADN may restrict or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable laws or the rights of another person have been violated.
3. Customer Accounts
Certain features of the Site may require or allow you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Please notify us promptly at support@peladn.us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
PELADN may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
Transactional communications relating to your account, orders, payments, shipping, returns and customer support may be sent to you as necessary.
Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law or where the required consent has been provided. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the message.
4. Product Information
PELADN makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and availability displayed on the Site are accurate.
However, minor differences in product appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates, display settings, photography or product revisions.
Technical specifications may also be updated where a product is revised.
If a material error is identified after you place an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed. If we are unable to fulfill the order as described and the order is cancelled, any applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Orders
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order is placed, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received the order.
PELADN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, inventory shortage, shipping restriction or other legitimate reason preventing fulfillment.
If an order is cancelled by PELADN after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the applicable currency.
For orders delivered within the United States, displayed pricing includes applicable taxes according to PELADN's current sales arrangement.
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union, displayed prices do not include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable VAT or other legally required taxes may be calculated or charged in accordance with applicable law.
PELADN currently supports payment methods including:
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express and JCB.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, payment provider and checkout eligibility.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and security procedures.
PELADN does not currently offer cash on delivery.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
7. Coupons and Promotions
PELADN may offer coupons, promotional codes or discounts from time to time.
Promotions may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, eligible products, geographical restrictions or other conditions disclosed with the promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
PELADN reserves the right to cancel or refuse a promotional code that has expired, been misused, obtained fraudulently or used in violation of the applicable promotional terms.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
PELADN currently offers free standard shipping to eligible locations, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, including order processing, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the Shipping Policy.
Orders may be fulfilled from local warehouses or, depending on product availability, shipped from China.
For orders that PELADN elects to ship from China to supported destinations, customers will not be required to pay additional customs clearance duties solely because PELADN has chosen to fulfill the order from China.
This does not remove any VAT, sales tax or other tax obligations that may apply under local law.
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Shipping Information and Risk of Loss
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you discover an incorrect shipping address, please contact PELADN as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Risk of loss or damage to products remains with PELADN until the order is delivered to the delivery address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If an order is lost in transit, damaged during delivery, delivered incorrectly or arrives incomplete, please contact support@peladn.us so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate assistance.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
Eligible products purchased directly from PELADN may be returned within 30 days from the date the product is received.
For a return caused by change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong product or another non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For an eligible product defect, malfunction or other non-customer-induced quality issue, PELADN covers the applicable return shipping cost.
Where a return is required for an eligible defect or warranty claim, PELADN Customer Support will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Customers should contact PELADN before sending a product back.
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and approved in accordance with the Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
11. Product Warranty
PELADN provides limited hardware warranty coverage for eligible products as described in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy and, where applicable, on the relevant product page.
Eligible PELADN Mini PCs ordered on or after July 1, 2026 are covered by a 3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.
Orders placed before July 1, 2026 remain subject to the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.
For eligible non-customer-induced hardware defects during the applicable warranty period, PELADN may provide troubleshooting, repair, replacement or another appropriate warranty remedy.
Where an eligible warranty service requires the product to be returned, PELADN covers the applicable return shipping cost and provides a prepaid return shipping label.
Warranty coverage does not generally apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper hardware replacement, incompatible third-party components, intentional damage, loss or theft, normal cosmetic wear, or products outside the applicable warranty period.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Reviews and User-Generated Content
PELADN may allow customers to submit reviews, photographs, videos or other product-related content (“User Content”).
You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content you provide and that the content does not violate applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of any third party.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to PELADN, you grant PELADN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt and distribute that content for purposes including operating the Site, presenting customer reviews, customer support, advertising and promoting PELADN and its products.
User Content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, malicious or otherwise inappropriate.
PELADN may moderate or remove User Content that reasonably appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including PELADN trademarks, logos, product images, graphics, text, layout, videos, software and other materials, are owned by or licensed to PELADN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access Site content for personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from PELADN content.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the PELADN name, trademarks, logos or other intellectual property.
14. Copyright Complaints
PELADN respects the intellectual property rights of others.

15. Privacy
PELADN processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
When you place an order or use our Services, you agree to provide accurate information reasonably necessary for payment, fulfillment, delivery, returns, customer support and other legitimate business purposes.

16. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms and other service providers.
Third-party services are operated independently from PELADN and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
PELADN does not control and is not responsible for the independent content, availability or practices of third-party websites.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by PELADN.
17. Force Majeure
PELADN will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, transportation interruptions, telecommunications failures, border closures, customs disruptions, trade restrictions or major carrier disruptions.
Where reasonably possible, PELADN will take appropriate steps to minimize the effect of such events and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
18. Consumer Rights and Product Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This includes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
PELADN's product return and warranty obligations remain subject to the applicable Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PELADN will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
PELADN will not be responsible for loss of business profits, revenue, business opportunities or commercial data where products were purchased primarily for personal consumer use.
19. Website Availability
PELADN aims to maintain accurate and reliable access to the Site but does not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
The Site may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis.
This provision applies to use of the Site itself and does not limit your rights relating to purchased products, returns, refunds, warranty claims or mandatory consumer protections.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim, including non-contractual disputes or claims, arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before commencing formal dispute proceedings, you and PELADN agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Services, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in accordance with the CIETAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time the arbitration is commenced.
The seat of arbitration shall be China.
The tribunal shall consist of one or three arbitrators, as determined in accordance with the applicable CIETAC Arbitration Rules.
The language of the arbitration shall be Chinese.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without PELADN's prior written consent.
PELADN may transfer or assign its rights or obligations in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of business or assets, or to an affiliated entity, subject to applicable law.
Any transfer will not reduce your existing consumer rights.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
24. No Waiver
If PELADN does not immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of that right.
A waiver of one provision or breach will not constitute a waiver of another provision or future breach.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Warranty Policy and any other terms expressly applicable to an order or promotion, constitute the agreement between you and PELADN regarding use of the Site and purchases made through it.
26. Business Transfers
If Shenzhen Panmin Technology Co., Ltd undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or other business transfer, information and contractual rights relating to customers may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by applicable law.
Personal information will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
