Refund policy
PELADN is obligated to provide the return service to all customers. The return service is currently available to the country of purchase.
If the item is purchased from the PELADN official store, the authority to request return or refund is permitted.
If the item is purchased from distributors of PELADN, may follow the distributor policies. Please contact your distributor for further information.
Return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Order Cancellation
Customers can request an order cancellation within 48 hours after placing an order by email or phone with the PELADN official store.
However, if the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will be charged.
Please note that a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment channels after the product has been shipped.
Lost / Damaged Products Received
- If the product was not delivered or lost, please immediately contact us.
- If the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please immediately contact us with proof of videos and/or pictures.
30-Days Money-Back Guarantee
Within 30 days of the purchase, if you are unsatisfied without quality issues, you have the authorization to refund after return the items complete, unused and in the original package. However, you are responsible for the double shipping cost with two options below:
1. RMA provided by PELADN Customer Service
Once the item is received at PELADN warehouse and the validity is confirmed, the shipping cost for return will be deducted from the refund.
2. Self-paid Return
Please contact PELADN Customer Service to get return details.
If 30 days have passed since the purchase, full refund cannot be offered and the shipping cost for return will be paid by customer.
NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the rights to refuse the return.
Return Process
- Please contact PELADN Service for assistance to proceed the return process with proof of purchase provided and merchandise authorization (RMA) number for return.
- Please follow the instructions guided by PELADN service on how to properly pack and return the product safely.
How to request a refund?

- For Non-quality issues, refund is provided following the “30 Days Money-Back Guarantee ”.
- For quality issues, partial refund may be provided according to the usage time of the device after 30 days of the purchase.
- Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to PELADN warehouse with a refund notification to customer email address.

Process: Request a refund by email → offer photo/video to confirm → Provide a return sticker → Warehouse receive and inspection → Return full amount/exchange→ Receive a refund/product

Fully Refund/exchange options are not available for the following situations.
1) Over 30 days from the date you received the product.
2) No non-artificial defects or malfunctions. Exist visible signs of use of the product.

Note: All the costs for returns or exchange include, but are not limited to, bank commission fees, round-trip shipping, warehouse fees, repackaging fees, and check fees.

What is the refund method?
Online payment:
1) The refund will be sent to your original form of payment based on the refund method you chose.
2) If you did not select a refund method, we will proceed according to your choice in the refund record.
Note: Orders paid for using coupons will no return coupons by default.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank.
PayPal: 1 business days
Credit/Debit Card: 1-7 business days
How can I get a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.
If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you may contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.
What is ARN?
ARN stands for Acquirer Reference Number. Some debit/credit cards will generate the ARN when the refund is successful. The ARN will be displayed on the ‘Refund Details’ page and we will also send an email to inform you of the ARN.
If you have not received your refund within the standard time frame, please use the refund Acquirer Reference Number to contact your bank for more status updates and information.
Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?
1) The bank charges a commission fee.
2) The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
3) Refunds are used to deduct installment fees.
4) The refund is for the actual price paid, not the sale price.
If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.
All products purchased in PELADN are covered by our 1-year warranty.(We offer a 2 year warranty in accordance with European warranty laws.)
Cases that are not covered by warranty
1) Normal degradation, wear or tear due to daily use
2) Bulk orders, and orders for rental/commercial purposes
3) Products without sufficient proof of purchase
4) The product is lost or stolen during daily use
5) Products that have passed the warranty period
6) Out-of-stock discontinued models
7) Free products, giveaways or products are resold or transferred to third parties
8) Repair by unauthorized third parties
9) Intentional damage caused by human factors
10) Force majeure damages, including but not limited to natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.) and social events (strikes, wars, prohibition, etc.).
11) Damage caused by misuse of the product, including but not limited to drops, extreme temperatures, water intake, improper equipment operation, or improper hardware replacement. If the product is damaged due to human factors or misuse, the product warranty is void, in which case no compensation is provided.
Limitation of liability
Except for the foregoing warranties, PELADN disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
PELADN shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by events beyond PELADN’s control, such as force majeure, property damage, loss of use, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data or other consequential or special damages.
