SHIP METHODS
-We offer free shipping to most locations within the U.S, U.K and EU
For US Zone delivery in 2-5 Business Days.
For U.K and EU delivery in 2-7 Business Days
-The following U.S. locations do not offer delivery.
Guam, CNMI, USVI, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands.
Express – Order by 5 PM Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 5 Business Days.
-Carriers include but are not limited to Amazon Logistics, UPS, DHL, USPS.
-Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
-Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on peladn.us
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the package has been shipped. Please contact the support team once you fill in the wrong shipping address. Otherwise it can be only ship to the original shipment address that fill in the order information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.
After 4 business days, if your order is showing as “Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Please note, PELADN is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. If you wanna reship/refund the package please contact the customer, we will confirm with logistics and reply you ASAP!
