How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Please note that depending on your payment method, this may result in a different timeframe for the return of your original payment!
When you pay by credit card such as Visa/Master Card/American Express/Apple Pay, the original payment will be returned to your card within 5-10 business days depending on the time set by your card issuer.
When you use PayPal as a payment method, the refund will be real-time and will be routed back to your PayPal account within 30 minutes after we have checked the integrity of the returned item.
